Applicable Product:

  • Talent Management: Compensation

Applicable Release:

  • 26.04 and up

Summary:
In some cases, organizations may want to hide compensation statements, or the ability to email them, for specific employees in reward cycle worksheets.  If an employee falls below a specific rating threshold, for example.  In release 26.04, we have added the ability set editability rules around viewing and emailing statements in a worksheet. If an employee in the worksheet does not meet the rule criteria, the field will be locked. The icons are read only and no action can be taken.

Note that this applies to Focal reward cycles only and is not available for Off-Cycle awards.
