How to display Head Count and add to a Graph

How to display Head Count:
Head Count displayed in the ‘Profile View’. Below is an example of the Total Count displaying in the Profile View and then a ‘Graph’ was added to display what makes up that count. You can set up your chart to display either the Total Count and/or the detailed graph.
First setup a custom ‘Field’ for the count:
Open OrgPublisher, navigate to your Chart, then go to Fields, click on ‘Add’.
As illustrated below, give it a ‘Name’, then a ‘Label’, then ‘Type’ would be ‘COUNT’.
Assign it to the section ‘Person’ as it is a count against each individual.
Then Assign to Positions, what position type will display the count, example Manager, Employees, etc.
Click on ‘SAVE’.
In order to display the count it is does per View. So go to ‘Views’ and click on the view you would like to display the count within.
To display the Count in the Profile View, click on ‘Profile’ then click on the count field to add it to the Profile.
SAVE your changes, Publish the Chart and now you will see the Total Count in the Profile View.
To add the count per Position Type, this is also done per ‘View’. Open your chart, go to ‘View’, select the view you want to display the count in and then click on ‘Graph’. Then click on ‘Add’.
Give it a ‘Name’, the Data type will be Summary Field.
The ‘Summary Field’ will be the field you created, in this case it is call ‘Total Count’
If you want to choose what Position Types to display scroll down to Segments and check/uncheck the position types you want to display for the counts.
Once you have completed the Segments section, go back up to ‘Type’ and change it to ‘Table’.
Set Security if needed.
Then SAVE and publish your chart.
In addition if you click on the magnifying glass then it will give you a pop-up of the details.
