In order for users to have access to the Knowledge Center Preview in Catalog Editor, the role

Knowledge Center is required with Read Only or Unrestricted access.

Navigate to Catalog Editor > Module Properties > 3. Knowledge Center Setup > 3.1 Setup Options of the learning module and ensure the Enable the Knowledge Center for this module option is checked.

(The System Configuration setting Knowledge Center Enabled will set all learning modules to have the above Knowledge Center option set to enabled as default.)

You can preview the learning module in Knowledge Center by navigating to Catalog Editor > Session Properties and clicking on 16. Knowledge Center Preview.

The learning module will now be displayed in the Knowledge Center Preview.

When trying to access the Knowledge Center Preview without the Enable the Knowledge Center for this module option checked (Catalog Editor > Module Properties > 3. Knowledge Center Setup > 3.1 Setup Options) the message “This program/module is no longer available through your learning profile” will be displayed.
