From time to time Organization comes and goes which means that their Names need to be updated.
Don’t you know that in Peoplefluent LMS you can update the Name or Description of the Organization in BULK using the Organization Data Loader.
By default, the mandatory fields when updating using Organization Data Loader are Action and Org Code but in this case you will have to use the following fields in your CSV file especially if the Organization that you will going to update is a CHILD or lower-level organization

In order to update the Name/Description of a certain organization via Data Loader, you may try to perform the following:
1. Go to Manage Center >> Reports >> Report Generators >> Organization Reports
2. Look for the R132 -- Organization Export in CSV Data Uploader Format report and open it
3. Select CSV as the Output
4. Select Include only the header row and data rows as the Format
5. Click on the Organization link and select ALL or the Organizations that you want to update
6. Click the Run now in browser button
7. Save the generated CSV file
8. Open the generated CSV file
9. Enter the new name or description under the Org Desc field (note: you can either remove the other columns besides Action, Org Code, Org Desc, Parent OR leave the rest of the columns)
10. Save
11. Go to Manage Center >> Users >> Group and Organizations >> Organization Data Loader
12. Click on the Import CSV file button
13. Click on the Choose File button and locate your updated CSV file then hit the Preview
button
14. If everything seems to be okay, you may now click the Upload button
