From the Talent Management “Administration Menu” go to “Site Configuration” group, expand the “Data Tools” category and click on “Translation Editor” link.

When the Translation editor page appears, type: enter_email_descriptiontext_key in the “In18n Key” field and then click the “Select” button:

Edit or enter a new text message in the "Translation Text" field:

The new message will be displayed next time a user clicks on either “Forgot your password?” or “Forgot your User ID?” links:
