Summary:
Employees who currently are, or have been, participants in Performance plans have their assessment data displayed in the Talent Profile / Performance form. Specific fields from this performance assessment data can be viewed and exported from the RecentPerformanceHistory Data Map Grid.

Detailed Information:
Employees who are, or have been, participants in Performance plans for Goal, Interim, and Final assessments, have their data displayed in the Talent Profile / Performance form, and some of this performance assessment data is also accessible via the RecentPerformanceHistory Data Map Grid.

Talent Profile / Performance form sections:

Goals Setting Process: This area displays Performance Goal data that is currently in process, or in the Completed workflow state, from Performance plans for the selected employee.

Evaluation Process: This area displays both Interim and Final Performance Evaluation data that is currently in process, or in the Completed workflow state, from Performance Plans for the selected employee.

Recent Performance History: (Completed) This area displays Final Evaluation Process data that is in the Completed workflow state, coming from the Performance Plans for the selected employee.

Please NOTE – Past Performance History – This area displays evaluation data that has been loaded into the database from an external system of record or legacy performance software, and is not updated from Performance Plan activities within the Performance application. This data is not displayed in the RecentPerformanceHistory data map grid. To view this Past Performance History data in a data map, please use the PerformanceHistory Data Map Grid.

RecentPerformanceHistory Data Map Grid

To view the RecentPerformanceHistory Data Map Grid, go to Site Configuration / Data Tools / Data Map Grids and then select from the selection – RecentPerformanceHistory.

The RecentPerformanceHistory Data Map Grid grid can be filtered to display various fields in the grid by using the "Set Columns" option. Exports can be generated by using the "Reports" option.
