Review of the data available in the PerformanceHistory_Data_Map Grid and how it relates to the data visible in the Talent Profile Performance History form.

Detailed Information:
The data rows results that are available in the PerformanceHistory_Data_Map Grid are also visible in the Talent Profile / Performance History form / Past Performance History subform.

NOTE - The data displayed in both the PerformanceHistory_Data_Map Grid and the Past Performance History subform is data that has been loaded into the database from an external system of record or legacy performance software, and is NOT directly updated from the Performance review processes from within the Performance application.

Steps to follow:

To view the PerformanceHistory_Data_Map_Grid, go to Site Configuration / Data Tools / Data Map Grids and then select from the Drop Down selection – "Performance History".

The grid will display the results, and you can filter the results further as needed.

You can also view the same rows of data in Talent Profile / Performance form / Past Performance History subform, but with fewer fields available per row in the Talent Profile / Past Performance History area compared to the data grid.
