How to delete outdated feedback requests and tasks from Dashboard
With anywhere anytime feedback feature, anyone can request feedback from employees in company.
Sometimes feedback provider may decide not to provide the feedback. There is no way for a "feedback provider" to decline the request.
The feedback request must be deleted by administrator.
To delete a feedback request,
- Navigate to Menu > My Team > Feedback > By Employee.
- Use smartgrid filter to find the feedback requested.
- Select the feedback.
- Once the feedback is selected, Delete button at the bottom of the page should be activated.
- Delete the feedback.
Note- The feedback grid contains all feedbacks, pending and completed. Use caution to search for the feedback that needs to be deleted.
