- Complete Mentoring Engagements
- Work on Projects
Complete Mentoring Engagements
Find a topic relevant to your skill gaps, then Request Mentoring from a colleague who can help teach you/refresh that particular skill gap.
Once you complete your mentoring engagement it will appear on your profile with a rating/review from your mentor.
Work on Projects
Find and complete a project that will stretch your skills. This will show not only that you do have the skills to handle the project, but also the experience you need to excel in other opportunities that require that skill set.
After you complete a project it will appear on your profile with a rating/review from your project manager.
