*Please note TEST/UAT could have outages for clients if restarts are required during the maintenance window where PROD and TEST/UAT share servers and/or connections.

Start of Maintenance Window:
Friday, November 22, 2024 at 9:00 PM EST / Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 2:00 AM GMT

End of Maintenance Window:
Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 2:00 AM EST / Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 7:00 AM GMT

What to expect?:

• During this maintenance window, users attempting to log into any PeopleFluent products will be greeted by maintenance pages explaining the system is currently unavailable.
• Any outbound export/report scheduled during this time will be canceled.
• SFTP sites may experience connectivity issues. PeopleFluent recommends to either hold the delivery of data files during this maintenance or resend those once the maintenance completes.

Please share this information with other system users as needed. For the schedule of future maintenance windows, users with access can visit the Customer Community for the 2024 Maintenance Schedule and the 2025 Maintenance Schedule. If you do not have access to the Customer Community, please request a full list from your Customer Success Manager. Support will send a follow-up notification only if the window is extended.  Your team can restart system activities at the end of the maintenance window.
