Summary:

If the permissions associated with a role are changed,  the permission files must be regenerated before the permission changes will go into effect.

Details:

To generate permission files

1. Go to Area > Roles.
   
2. Click Generate Permission Files on the main menu bar.
   
3. Place a checkmark next to the roles for which you want to generate permissions files.
   
4. Click View Selected at the bottom of the list of roles.
   
5. Click Generate to generate permission files for the roles you selected, or click Back to List to go back to the list of roles.
   
6. Click OK.
