Diagnosing Elearning Course Completion Issues

Occasionally, some customers see issues where elearning courses are not marking complete despite the users finishing the required steps, or passing an internal quiz.  The attached document includes information for troubleshooting the potential issues.

In general, the issue could be with one or more of the following:

  • LMS - Sometimes there are minor defects in PeopleFluent Learning.
  • Courses - The course may be behaving in a way that is either unexpected or not fully compliant with the learning standard.
  • Users - The affected users' environment (device / network) or even behavior can cause some issues.

NOTE:  Because elearning courses require communication across the internet, nothing is 100% guaranteed because there can be communication glitches between the browser and the server.  However, the guide will provide a list of items to check.
