However, there is a need to allow this when the participant must manually self-enroll. This has been corrected, so the assigned module's Enrollment Confirmation template is sent when self-enrolling. |

| 368650 | NSD-9772 | Issue with the Course Calendar for some users. | Users who have their transcript records updated to Administrative Entry, for any number of reasons, were seeing these records create a schedule conflict when browsing the Course Calendar. The schedule conflict check did not filter out this status; this has been corrected. |
| 374116 | NSD-9936 | Error on the Instructors > Qualified Courses tab when using the results per page. | When changing the “Results per page” selection on the Qualified Courses page, the system would error. This has been corrected. |

For customers with large numbers of active sessions, the previous process could take a significant amount of time. This has been refactored to reduce the processing time. |
| 380007 | NSD-10232 | Past sessions displayed for Virtual Classrooms when transferring sessions | In the Current Courses page, the option to transfer sessions was displaying past sessions when a user needed to transfer. This has been corrected so only future sessions are available. |
| 380773 | NSD-10311 | Problems downloading an attachments to External Training with comma in filename | When a user uploaded a file with a comma in the filename as part of the External Training functionality, it could not be downloaded correctly. The change wraps the filename in double quotes so the browser does not think it is a multi-part attachment. Such files can now be downloaded as expected. |
| 381817 | NSD-10356 | Issue with Job Profile manager showing profiles in catalogs without permission. | There was a defect in the Job Profile Manager page where the default view showed job profile in catalogs the logged in user did not have permission to view. This has been corrected, so the permission functionality is applied when the page loads as well as when the user searches or browses. |

To correct for this, a new daily task will review the transcripts for task and ensure the approval process is restored correctly, showing the pending approval. |
| 381994 | NSD-10409 | Exams showing N/A in section navigation despite questions being answered. | This applies to exams using the "Allows Section/Question Navigation" setting. The exam question status is stored in the cache (in memory), but there are some conditions where this can get out of sync during an exam attempt. While the questions that were answered, and saved in the database, there would be an issue until the cache is rehydrated. This issue has been fixed. |
| 382414 | NSD-10411 | Minor UI issue on Job Profiles when filters are applied | The Job Profile management page includes the ability to filter for active or archived profiles. When a filter was applied, and the user changed the number of results to display, the filter was no longer applied. Additionally, when the number of results was changed, then a filter was applied, the results reverted to 10 per page. This has been corrected, so changing the number of results does not affect the filters or vice versa. |
| 382044 | NSD-10442 | Issue with skins and external links in the navigation.xml file. | There was an error generated when one of the links in the navigation.xml does not exist. This error prevented users with that skin from logging in. The issue has been fixed to allow the login, while the link may still not function correctly. Correcting the link requires editing the XML file and uploading it via the Screen Layout Manager. |

The course completion esignature facility is always made available even when the course is not ready to be marked complete, for ex. like remaining attempts for the user to redo the course. | 383606 | NSD-10506 | Issue with capitalization of Exam ID in Exam Data Loader | The Exam Data Loader will force the Exam ID to be all uppercase when using the loader to add an exam. However, there are instances with some older customers where existing exams has mixed case (Exam_Id), and there are issues when using the Exam Data Loader to with the update action. There are also issues on the Exam Listing page when there are exams with mixed case IDs. These issues have been corrected. |

| 384225 | NSD-10545 | Issue selecting criteria in the Signoff Option for the Task learning type. | There was an issue when attempting to select criteria for the Signoff Option step for Task learning modules. Selecting individual users worked, but adding dynamic criteria such as Role or Organization was not working properly. This has been corrected. |
| 383987 | NSD-10577 | Competency expiry dates were sometimes missing or not displayed correctly in the UI, especially after data imports or course substitutions. | The competency expiry date display issues were related to data synchronization, import processes, and the handling of substitute courses. To resolve this issue, substitute course expiry info is hidden in the UI when it is outdated or incomplete. As part of this fix module expiry dates will be excluded from R139 reports when they were not relevant or available - based on the same criteria for hiding the date in the UI. |

| 384319 | NSD-10621 | Issue with the Assign Training screen when selecting a program session using the drop down configuration | When using the Assign Training function, and the "Directly display all learning program sessions." system configuration setting is disabled, the session selection drop down will have a Go button. This was not working, because of a regression issue in 26.02. This has been corrected. |

The issue was caused when an earlier enrollment was completed, but there were later enrollments where the user was withdrawn. This has been corrected to show the correct module status. |

This has been changed to 85 in the User Editor as well as the User Profile pages. The content of the field is not affected. |
