Issues List

ZenDesk Ticket IDs Internal ID Issue Title Issue and Resolution Details
414024 PTMSD-5063 Auto-Initiation Process Exceeding Plan Eligibility Thresholds Previously, the "Disable Initial SmartGrid View Filters in Design Mode" setting incorrectly bypassed view filters during automated background processes, causing auto-initiation to process unintended employees into performance plans. This issue has been resolved; internal grid count evaluations no longer apply the design mode filter bypass regardless of system state, and a configurable population threshold percentage has been introduced to validate plan eligibility counts and prevent over-initiation during auto-processing.
Found internally PTMSD-4873 Delegation Options Not Respecting Performance Plan Defaults in Manager Task Widget Previously, when delegating a process role from the Manager Task widget, the "Keep Delegator" options (Task, Notification, and Reminder) did not respect the performance plan default settings or reflect existing delegation details. This issue has been resolved; the Manager Task widget now strictly respects the plan defaults when creating a new delegation and accurately displays the saved delegation options when editing an existing one.
Found internally PTMSD-4730 My Delegated Responsibilities Not Respecting Performance Settings Previously, the "My Delegated Responsibilities" section in the user profile displayed all available Process Role Types without respecting the performance settings. This issue has been resolved; the section now strictly respects the performance settings, ensuring that only the designated Default Delegation Role Types are displayed to the user.
Found internally PTMSD-5171 Performance Distribution Field Failing to Render for Large Participant Populations Previously, the Performance Distribution form field failed to render and threw a server error when viewed by users with a visible participant population exceeding 1,000 employees. This issue has been resolved; the system now handles large participant populations without hitting database limits, ensuring the Performance Distribution chart renders correctly for all users regardless of their area of responsibility.
Found internally PTMSD-5158 Server error when clicking lightning bole icon of the competencies header section. Previously, a server error would sometimes occur when clicking on any lightning bolt icon of the competencies header section. This issue has been corrected.
Found internally PTMSD-5014 Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) in Name Fields Previously, user-supplied input entered into name fields (such as Middle Name) was stored without adequate sanitization or output encoding, allowing injected scripts to execute when viewing the Talent Profile and related pages. This issue has been resolved; proper input sanitization and output encoding have been implemented across these fields, including the Talent Profile, Goal Setting, My Team Dashboard Widget, and Requisition Invite Successor pages, ensuring safe rendering and preventing script execution.
413965 PTMSD-5058 Talent Profile Overview Field Missing Closing Tag in OGNL String Previously, the "Performance History" field within Talent Profile Overview Fields contained a missing closing tag (/tr) within its OGNL string configuration. This issue has been resolved; the missing tag has been restored, ensuring the field markup renders validly across data setup screens.
Found internally PTMSD-5026 Worksheet Unresponsive When Editing Fields in Participant View Previously, editing values while in the Participant view of a worksheet failed to auto-refresh the page and caused it to become unresponsive. This issue has been resolved; edits made in the Participant view now refresh seamlessly.
