Custom Fields in Templates
This enhancement allows custom fields to be added to email and SMS templates.
When creating or editing a custom field, a new Allow in Templates field displays. This field allows you to determine if the custom field should be available for insertion into email and SMS templates. Toggle to Yes to allow the custom field to be selected in a template.

Custom fields that have been enabled for templates can then be inserted into email and SMS messages. When creating or editing a template, simply select the field name from the dropdown list and that field will be inserted into the body of the message. When the email or SMS is sent, the appropriate value for the field will be displayed in the message.

Scheduling from a Pool of Recruiters
Candidate interviews can now be scheduled to pull in a single recruiter from a pool of available recruiters.
When setting up an interview scheduling link to send to a candidate, you can now designate if the call should be pulling in a single recruiter or multiple recruiters. Use the Interview Panel/Pool toggle switch to determine which type of call you want to create:
Panel - When a candidate selects a date/time for the interview, all recruiters added to the scheduling link will be invited to the call to conduct the interview in a "panel" format. The list of dates/times that are available for a candidate to choose will account for all of the invited recruiters availability.
Pool - Only one available recruiter out of the pool will be scheduled for the interview once the invitation is accepted by the candidate. The scheduling link sent to the candidate will display available interview dates/times when one of the recruiters in the pool is available.
